12huatmy Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 12huatmy ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing or using any part of the 12huatmy platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 12huatmy platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version.

To register and use the 12huatmy platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gambling under any law or regulation applicable to you;
• Not have been previously deactivated or banned by 12huatmy on valid grounds;
• Register voluntarily for entertainment purposes only and not for any purpose contrary to the law.

12huatmy reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport to verify user eligibility. Accounts that cannot provide sufficient verification will be suspended until the verification process is complete.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 12huatmy platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual — using different names, addresses, mobile numbers, email addresses or device information — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete. Any false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being terminated and your account balance frozen.

• Your full name must match that shown on a valid identity card or passport;
• The registered mobile number must be an active Malaysian number;
• The registered email address must be one that is fully accessible by the user;
• Your password must be kept securely and must not be shared with any other party;
• Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through their account.

12huatmy provides a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods;
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes from the time the request is submitted;
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by 12huatmy;
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request.

All deposits made into a 12huatmy account are for use on this platform only. User funds are kept separate from the company's operating funds and will not be used for any other purpose.

12huatmy offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Users must understand and accept those requirements before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: 100% first deposit bonus up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the specified requirements;

• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure;

All games available on the 12huatmy platform — including slots, live casino and sports betting — are subject to their respective game rules issued by the relevant software providers. 12huatmy is not responsible for any game outcomes produced by a provider's Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

In the context of sports betting and mix parlay, game results are final once the match or event has concluded in accordance with the rules adopted by the sports provider. In the event of any dispute regarding results, 12huatmy's system records are conclusive.

• Users are not permitted to use automated software, bots or any external assistance tools to play;
• Any attempt to unlawfully influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited;
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game has started, except where permitted by the relevant game rules.

12huatmy users are expected to interact with the platform and with other users in a respectful, fair and responsible manner. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening or defamatory language in live chat sessions or communications with our team;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games or exploit the rewards system;
• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity to register;
• Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation from 12huatmy;
• Spreading misleading information about the 12huatmy platform to the public.

Violation of any of the above may result in the account being suspended or permanently terminated, and any winnings obtained through means that breach the rules may be voided.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 12huatmy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from a user's use of the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes;
• Platform disruption or unavailability due to technical maintenance;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their account secure;
• Game outcomes fairly generated by the game provider's RNG system.

The collection, use and protection of users' personal data is governed by the 12huatmy Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.

12huatmy uses user data solely for platform operations, licensing compliance, fraud prevention and improving the user experience. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties without the user's consent, unless required by law or the relevant international licensing body.
